Theresa started her career doing technical support for Amcom/Relyant. Later she moved onto working with databases at Business Connexion and at Ellerine Holdings. She also worked as a consultant at Ability Solutions for a short period. After taking time off to start a family, she and husband Geoff started a construction company - HMCSA in 2012. Theresa managed the back office, while Geoff focused on the operations. In 2018 they opened up a paint shop - "Paint Trade" in Boksburg. Although a fully functional stand-alone business, it slotted in nicely with an integrated supply chain into HMCSA.
Theresa is happily married to Geoff, and they have two pre-teenage daughters.

Geoff started off in the IT industry, and in his early years mainly worked on databases and in the insurance industry. Being an entrepreneur at heart, it did not take Geoff too long to leave the confines of an office, and getting involved in project management in the civil engineering space. In 2012 he took the leap of faith and found (together with Theresa) the construction company HMCSA, which now holds a list of Blue Chip clients. In 2018 as a means of vertical integration he also started Paint Trade Boksburg which is now a fully fledged stand-alone business.
He is a pioneer in transforming people's lives through responsible business. Many of the principles that are core to Havilah, found their seeds in the operational contracting of people at HMCSA, despite many of these people not having the formal qualifications for those skills.
Geoff is happily married to Theresa, and they have two pre-teenage daughters. He is a qualified Project Manager
Jaco is contracted to Havilah on a project by project basis.
He started his professional career in the early 1990's in a steel mill in Middelburg. As a serial entrepreneur it did not take him too long before he left formal employment to start and run series of SME's over a period of 28 years. In the process he has developed a acute understanding of the practical implications and key focus areas necessary to get a new business successfully off of the ground.
Also, over time he has been involved in various organisations looking at at marginalised people in the post modern economic landscape. Specifically aiming to (and with the help of technology) empower them to partake and grow in an integrated modern economy.
He has a passion for averting the what is now called "Climate Change", and for years have been (and still is involved with) developing technology that will negate the effects on the earth of the fossil fuel legacy.
Jaco is happily married to Angela, and they have two teenage sons. He holds an Engineering (B Ing Mech) and a Commerce degree (B Comm)
